Our client missionis to create better energy efficient homes through our wireless boiler &underfloor heating systems thermostats and other Smart Home devices. We focus onforming strongcustomer relationships taking into consideration cost & efficiency when creating and manufacturingproducts.

About the job:

Reporting to the Global HR Director and European Operations and Commercial Director we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle all aspects of the HR function of our newly opened Manufacturing site and existing local business. The job holder will be integral to helping deliver the companys goals culture & values.

Main Duties:

Act as a point of contact for staff on all HR matters.

Manage recruitment & onboarding processes including working with managers to understand job requirements creating/posting jobads job descriptions selection interviews and onboarding/orientation all new hires within the factory.

Prepare and maintain legal documentation required for employment in line with Romanian legislation.

Oversee the endtoend employee life cycle.

Create adapt and maintain HR Policies relating to the needs of a factory setting together with implementing existing HR Policies

Maintain Employee Records and the companys HRIS (People HR).

Support the companys employee performance program(s) including the use & maintenance of SAP Success Factor.

Organize training & development activities.

Coordinate company events & internal/external meetings when required.

Support the collection of HR & Environmental data relating to the factory for Group consolidation.

Prepare various HR Reports.

Ensure Health & Safety standards and procedures are followed.

Ad hoc administrative tasks.

Essential position requirements:
Strong HR Generalist handson & operational (essential)
Good understanding & knowledge of Romanian employment law
Experience in using HRIS (essential)
Must be able to work in standalone role (essential)
Experience in using SAP Success Factor (highly desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft applications (essential)
Excellent communicator (essential)
Excellent skills with ethical and reliable character.
