Requirements

Sound professional experience in the field of SEO ideally in a similar position/environment

German at C2 Level

Degree in communication/media/marketing desirable but experience is more important

Comprehensive expertise in SEO strategies tools and best practices

Experience in analysing SEO metrics and using SEO tools such as Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush etc.

Good knowledge of technical SEO optimisation

Experience with optimising websites for various content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Creativity and a flair for highquality content

Teamorientated approach and excellent communication skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility traffic and conversions on our websites and our magazine

Carrying out keyword research competitor analyses and onpage optimizations

Continuous monitoring and analysis of SEO key figures and derivation of optimisation measures

Technical SEO optimisation of the website including crawling indexing and troubleshooting

Creation of highquality content and optimisation of existing content for optimal search engine placement

Working closely with other departments such as content marketing web development and paid marketing to integrate and optimise the SEO strategy

Keeping up to date with current developments and trends in SEO to implement innovative strategies and best practices
