YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a smart driven and ambitious Chief of Staff to join our team in Berlin. As part of the management team and right hand of the CEO you gain insights into all decisions and actively drive key strategic initiatives organization of deeplois internal operating model as well as finance and overall business administration. This includes:

• Owning the development of the longterm corporate strategy and the department alignment via OKRs
• Owning the financing function ensuring smooth financial operations including financial planning and investor relations
• Owning the overall administration of the business including people operations legal functions and compliance

You set the structure and base for future success of the company.

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in top tier consulting and/or management role in a competitive startup environment. You should have the ability to structure complex setups and stabilize as well as navigate through high growth phases.

• You have a handson mentality ready to work both on strategic as well as operative tasks especially in the beginning.
• You are a great communicator able to understand topics across different parties and to translate between different departments.
• You are a very trustworthy and integral person.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You are fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.

A strong skill set in project management organizational and strategic thinking combined with an analytical mindset and handson mentality is needed.
