Job Description

Join our mission to empower the engineers of tomorrow! As an Account Executive at Synera youll collaborate with visionary engineers from top brands like NASA EDAG and MAN.

Tasks

Join our dynamic sales team of Daniel Markus Akhil Pani Lorenz and Mike all passionate about tech products and dedicated to turning our customers into industry stars. As an Account Executive youll be working in a green field market providing you with the unique opportunity to be a pioneer and make a change. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and supporting exciting ventures selling a complex product in a new market category that many are not yet familiar with. If you thrive on challenges and are eager to make a significant impact this role is perfect for you!

What a week at Synera might look like:

  • Monday: start the week with a Team KickOff to review goals and align on priorities while engaging in outbound activities and reaching out to potential leads.
  • Tuesday: focus on qualifying the leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value.
  • Wednesday: conduct thorough use case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities and chat with your team lead Daniel in a regular 1:1.
  • Thursday: drive the closing process aiming to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships.
  • Friday: use this time to refine strategies seek feedback and plan for continuous improvement in your role.

Requirements

Even if you dont meet this criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role we encourage you to apply. We know its tough but please keep in mind that you dont have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role.

  • A strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and bring in new customers.
  • Proven experience and success in sales effectively pitching and selling complex products ideally in an engineering domain.
  • Experience to present at conferences and industry events with the confidence and charisma.
  • Proficiency in German language to effectively communicate with Germanspeaking customers and stakeholders.
