Job Description
As a Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing assistance via email and chat. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat about reservations airlines and car rentals
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- German and English C1 level
- Already living in Malta (local)
- Previous customer care experience
- Able to work on roster basis MonSun 8.0019.00
- Onsite position
