Join Millux as a Financial Controller

Millux B.V. (a unit of IDEX Corporation) is seeking a new financial controller for the Finance team in Wijchen. As a Financial Contoller at Millux you are responsible for executing and improving our Financial processes including various administrative tasks as well as reporting & analytics. Important part of this job is Control Support especially related to SOX controls. In this position you report to the Manager Finance & IT.

Tasks

Reporting & Analytics

• Preparation and management of general ledger administration incl. monthly balance sheet specifications.
• Taking care of timely periodic (monthly and annual) closings.
• Reporting and analyses for the management.
• Support Business Controller
• Preparation and delivery of documentation for the audit and be contact for accountants/auditors.

Control

• Managing SOX control program
• Optimising the internal control/administrative organisation improving processes/structure (within the administration/department)
• Monitoring financial position

Administration

• Fixed Asset Administration
• Activities for statutory annual accounts
• Upload account recs & financials (via OneStream)
• Intercompany connections

Requirements

• You have completed an education in Business Administration or Economics at HBO level and have experience in a similar position
• You have knowledge of ERP systems and consolidation programs (e.g. Onestream or Hyperion)
• You are familiair with Financial and tax related laws especially IFRS and have knowledge of adminitrative processes end internal control (knowledge of SOX is an advantage)
• You work in a structured way are able to keep a good overview and can set priorities.
