Freelancer Medical Customer Service Representative - Japan

(Freelance/Projectbased)

We are hiring a representative who will be responsible for helping doctors and patients connect with each other. If you are interested in making a positive impact on peoples wellbeing and health and love to engage with people during phone calls we would like the opportunity to work with you!

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients in Japan
• Calling Screening and scheduling appointments for patients (no sales calls pure customer engagement).
• Being part of a team where your main task is to help doctors and patients connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak Japanese (mothertongue) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse CRA or a position in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers requests via phone and email ideally you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are wellorganized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a firstclass service to customers.
• You can work in the morning noon afternoon and if necessary evening time.
