- Identify and evaluate potential distributors in each target country.
- Conduct due diligence to assess the suitability and reliability of potential partners.
- Develop and manage distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with the legal team and senior management to negotiate business agreements, contracts, and partnership terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align resources and support for business development initiatives.
