Cleaning Services Trainer

Oversee the training of cleaners from start to finish, including implementing the training and continually improving performance.

• Train the cleaners on duties like color coding, cleaning protocols, cleaning chemicals, dilution methods of chemicals, hygiene and cleaning, deep cleaning other chores.

• Train cleaners on grooming standards and personal hygiene.

• Increase the awareness of cleaners towards hygiene and cleaning importance.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to cleaning staff, assisting with any questions or challenges they encounter.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement within the cleaning department.
