Job Description
- Develop and maintain new and existing Cards initiatives/products and related service offering(s) to align with CB’s strategy.
- Develop CRM sales calendars and initiatives for the Cards based on the forth set business objectives & KPIs.
- Implement Cards Business Plans items to align with CB’s strategy .
- Prepare the annual action plan to achieve the product KPIs.
- Design and execute the Cards Campaigns to ensure achieving the annual KPIs.
- Proactively measure cards campaigns performance continuously though performance reports, and main cards KPIs to insure contribute positively to revenue growth.
- Execute efficiently the Cards Life cycle Management strategy and initiatives to achieve targeted objectives.
- Expand cards proposition via enhanced customer value proposition and merchants tie-ups to insure top of wallet choice for AB customers.
- Monitor & analyze the market developments & the competitions actions in order to make sure that our proposition is the top in the market.
- Facilitate the review and approval of policies and procedures for cards relevant activities.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts by carrying out various initiatives to enhance customer experience through electronic channels and driving them toward digital banking.
