Technical Trainer - Skill Ed

The trainer should have handson experience working on Java Python Web design in HTML CSS JavaScript (React Js) and C/C and will be responsible for planning the program creating curriculum and ensuring the implementation and job readiness of the college students in the age group of 18 27 years.

In the SkillEd program we have trained over 8000 students in the academic year 202324. The students are from the final year of engineering and arts & sciences colleges. Students were trained in Java Python Web Development C/C Advanced MS Office and Soft Skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the curriculum for Java Python Web design in HTML CSS JavaScript (React Js) and C/C for the job readiness of college students.
  
• Effective use of instructional strategies and formative and summative assessments to improve learning outcomes of students.
  
• To prepare daily weekly and monthly plans and activities to ensure timely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in the project.
  
• Reach out and partner with other organizations corporate people and groups to identify and create job opportunities for students.
  
• Provide periodic reports to the management on the progress and outcomes and Taking care of Bhumi processes like MIS LMS and others.
  

Educational Qualification/Experience:

• Educational Degree: M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech
  
• Relevant Experience (in years): 2
  

Knowledge & Skill sets required:

• Expert in at least 3 of the skills out of Java Python web design in HTML CSS JavaScript (React JS) and C/C.
  
• Good communication skills in English (written and oral) expert in Tamil and able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
