Job Description


  1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys objectives and longterm goals.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Managing Director and members of the executive management team.
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports budgets and forecasts.
  2. Financial Management:

    • Manage the companys financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Optimize financial performance by analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
  3. Risk Management:

    • Identify and manage financial risks including currency and interest rate risks.
    • Implement and oversee internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
    • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place to mitigate risks.
  4. Investment and Funding:

    • Oversee investment activities and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
    • Secure funding for the company s projects and operations.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the executive team.
  5. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead mentor and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance department.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company s financial and strategic goals.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • A Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA CA) is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role within the EPC electrical contracting industry.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning risk management and securing funding for large projects.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards applicable to the EPC industry.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
