Job Description
Tis
This is a fulltime position based in Los Angeles.
Must live anywhere in Los Angeles.
Must travel 50% of the time travel will only be on the west coast California Oregon Washington. All travel is paid for upfront by the company. You might have 2 flights in a day. You might rent a car to drive to the other side of California. When traveling all hotels food rentals gas will be paid for on the company credit card. Travel will be every other week and between Tuesday and Thursday. Monday and Friday are admin days.
Requirements
How you will shine:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Ability to travel roughly 50%
- Skilled at reading blueprints/schematics; knowledgeable about current building codes
- Must be able to perform miscellaneous construction tasks (e.g. pull wire stage and install equipment etc.)
- Work and collaborate remotely with limited direct supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software packages
- Excellent writing communication project management and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Must have ground up commercial experience all new construction. Coming from a General Contractor is perfect.
- Experience building restaurants chains like CHICKFILA (very similar with intricate exterior products) is perfect.
