Job Purpose & Goal:

The Sales Account Executive plays an essential role in the strategic growth of the company. The Sales Account Executive s main job purpose is to build a book of business through the sale of drainage solutions to farms vineyards and orchards.

Basic Functions & Responsibilties:

Sell drainage solutions to farms and vineyards across sales territory

Generate and qualify sales leads and opportunities

Meet with agricultural prospects and provide education on the benefits of Farm Drainage and the services that the company can provide

Develop and maintain good client relationships

Remain compliant with defined company policies and procedures especially as they relate to sales

Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to management with key performance indicators and results related to both closed business and anticipated new business within your pipeline.

Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts

Attend trade shows

Knowledge Skills and/or Abilities Required:

• At least 2 years outside sales experience
