Job Description
- Provide a clear career plan for staff along with the gap analysis report. (clear opportunities & development areas to work on them).
- Looking for development for Ops mechanics in terms of CARC & EASA licenses.
- Provide periodic reports for any ( CARC/EASA ) licenses update in terms of (obtaining, current status, expected issuance).
- Maintain a pipeline for ( CARC/EASA ) holders or potentials.
- Being involved manpower plan & training meetings for a better understanding of the business needs.
- Support students in employment, career decision-making and strategy, further training and education.
- Initiate Joramco annual training plan that concerns the development and improvement of the staff.
- Having good interpersonal and communications skills to be able to advise staff coming from different departments.
- Build trust with staff in one-on-one settings if needed, to make sure that advice is customized and messages received easily.
- Establish a setting that promotes confidence and career optimism.
- Support staff development through, workshops, events, and resources tailored to the business's requirements.
- Arrange for career-related presentations or events
- Ensure that, in line with quality assurance, effective record keeping is maintained.
- Prepare reports and evaluations on the effectiveness of career and learning programs.
- Identify and recommend relevant professional development opportunities, such as workshops, seminars, and online courses.
- Facilitate career development workshops on topics like networking, job market trends, and personal branding
