Production Supervisor

Weekend shift supervisor Schedule options:

6:00 pm6:00 am Friday Sunday OR

6:00 am6:00 pm Friday Sunday

Teams interview to start. 2nd interview onsite with HR and supervisor.

Duration: 6 months to 1 year could be extended based on business need.

What do you get to do in this position

In this role you will coordinate the daytoday manufacturing activities of production workers to meet the production schedules volume cost and quality standards. This position will have 20 production associates under their direction.

Responsible for safety ontime service quality productivity operator training and flexibility in the manufacture of miniature circuit breakers for a variety of customers.

Manage the assembly operation following the Client Production System (SPS) guidelines through the use of SIM (Short Interval Management) boards and other processes.

Must be able to motivate the team as well as collaborate on new ideas and activities to eliminate barriers and exceed goals.

This job might be for you if you have:

Bachelor s degree. Degree in the field of Engineering Business Supply Chain or related field is preferred.

Previous supervisory experience

Ability to lead effectively communicate and problem solve

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

Knowledge of lean manufacturing/Six Sigma concepts

Flexible to respond to shifting priorities and ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks

Positive enthusiastic team player and champion of the business and customers
