Job Objective:
To grow the bank s HNI and UHNI customer base through acquisition through referrals and within the bank s value chain whilst sustaining existing relationship

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new HNI/UHNI relationship within the Value Chain Marketing
Review call plans of the team
- Follow up with account officers to ensure identified clusters/prospects are converted
- Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products/ services to meet the anticipated needs
- Regularly review customer segment marketing strategies / customer plans and make appropriate improvement suggestions
- Pay regular visits / make calls to key decision makers in the value chain of existing customers with a view to improve or maintain good relationship
- Develop competences in direct reports
- Monitor and evaluate performance of the Team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Private Banking
Requirements
Qualification: First degree Second degree or Relevant professional qualifications CIBN MBA CFA etc.
Minimum Experience: 12 years relevant experience. At least 5 years in the marketing of retail services and/or marketing functions.
