ISMS Manager - India Remote

This is a remote position.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT JOB

Define the information security goals and objectives of the organization

Ensure compliance with regulatory and (international) standards (ISO27001)

Ensure the security process is governed by organizational policies and practices

Require that information with similar criticality and sensitivity characteristics be protected consistently regardless of where in the organization it resides

Enforce compliance with the security program in a balanced and consistent manner across the organization

Protect the organization s assets

Coordinate information security

Assessment

.

Assess the organization s security measures to identify any weak points that might make information systems vulnerable

.

Assess the information security risks of the organization products and services

.

Assess simulated attacks to test the efficiency of security measures

.

Prioritize security coverage to ensure that strategically important data receives the highest levels of protection.

Policies

.

Design develop implement and enforce security policies procedures controls and safeguards that encourage secure working and protect data to minimize risk

.

Direct system control development and access management monitoring control and evaluation based on seniority and job function

.

Accomplish information security human resource objectives by recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining employees explaining security risks and demonstrating good practices

.

Establish system safeguards by directing disaster preparedness development and conducting preparedness tests

Monitoring

.

Set up procedures and automated processes to monitor the status of information security of the organization

.

Respond quickly to detected unusual patterns of behavior determine the root cause and deal with any threat

.

Analyze reports generated by the monitoring system or external assessments to identify trends that might indicate a future risk

Requirements

.

At least 7 years of relevant experience

.

Knowledge of modern cloud computing network infrastructures operating systems databases applications and mobile security.

.

Knowledge of secure software development and secure software development life cycle

.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and manage security risks

.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to build understanding and awareness of security issues throughout the organization

.

Good teamwork skills to develop security solutions in collaboration with other information technology professionals within the own organization and/or within the Philips enterprise

.

Good advisory skills to inform senior management about critical security issues and recommendations of riskreduction solutions
