Infrastructure Data Analyst

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis with a focus on infrastructurerelated datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools and a knack for deriving meaningful insights from complex datasets are key qualities were looking for. Requirements

What you ll be doing:

• Possess a passion for growth and excellence particularly in the realm of designing and developing comprehensive technological solutions for the transportation and infrastructure industry with a specific focus on structural elements.
  
• Lead the data annotations program overseeing a team of over 40 infrastructure data annotators.
  
• Responsible for quality assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
  
• Drive strategic initiative planning including deliverables prioritization and execution.
  
• Define program objectives and key results (OKRs) and take ownership of their execution productivity efficiency and reliability metrics.
  
• Manage workforce planning and implement effective workforce management strategies.
  
• Collaborate with AI/Technical teams ensuring the capture prioritization and timely delivery of all requirements to support model development and updates.
  
• Effectively communicate the status of the organization projects and features to executive stakeholders crossfunctional partners and beyond.
  
• Ensure ISO compliance and CMMI processes guidelines observance.
  

What you ll bring along:

• Minimum Bachelor s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
  
• 3 years of experience in the field of engineering or technology related products.
  
• Critical thinking and problemsolving capabilities are a must so that the person can take decisions on the spot and resolve conflicts immediately.
  
• Expertise in programming (i.e. python) is desirable.
  
• Having a firm technical mindset with great problemsolving skills.
  
• Proficient computer skills and indepth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  
• Ability to present ideas and make existing processes more efficient.
  
• Great written and oral communication skills.
  
• Pleasant and presentable personality with ability to motivate the team and getting the job done.
  
• Possess a strong understanding of relevant software including 2D and 3D annotation tools bridge management and the latest advancements in the field.

Transconomy a startup supported by iENGINEERING aims to revolutionize the entire road asset management chain: from collecting roadway/drone imagery to extracting features of interest to providing data maps and decision support systems. We are revamping our endtoend product and service line to deliver uptodate and accurate road data to our customers. This data allows road authorities in the US to develop maintenance plans and take measures to make roads safer for everyone. These authorities no longer need to rely on tedious expensive and unreliable processes to get their hands around this data.
