Job Description
- Certified in SF LMS
- Experience with working in a LMS
- Experience with working with clients
- Broad technical knowledge and a desire to learn is a must
- Demonstrate strong communication/consulting skills – written and verbal English (internal and external facing)
- Proven ability to identify and translate requirements into working solutions
- Experience with implementation of other SF modules is an added value qualification
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate working with customers and colleagues in multiple time zones
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
