Account Manager Sales

We are looking for highly motivated native speakers or people with advanced Hindi/Urdu/Malay/Indonesian language skills to join the Conversion and Retention teams.

As Flagman Marketing Technology, we are currently providing call center services to a finance company.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients and assisting them with investing. Your communication skills, persuasion and strategic thinking will contribute to the success of both our clients and our company.

Responsibilities
● Informing clients about yourself, the company and the software,
● Assisting clients with creating accounts in the software,
● Providing consultancy services on investment,
● Informing clients by e-mail.

Qualifications
● Advanced level of Hindi/Malay/Indonesian/Urdu
● Correct possession of speech,
● High persuasiveness,
● Effective communication on the phone.
