Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary: Oversee the efficient receipt storage and dispatch of goods. Manage warehouse staff ensure safety compliance and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales for stock replenishment.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff.
• Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training.
• Inspect goods for quality and address issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Manage equipment maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

• College Graduate of Industrial Engineering and Financial Management
• With at least 2 years working experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a Manufacturing and Distribution field
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent problemsolving skills;
• Amenable to work in Mabalacat City Pampanga
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
