Position:
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Plumbing & Sprinkler Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in precision modeling of complex piping systems and a passion for delivering highquality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects manufacturing engineers and industrial designers to design develop and validate prefabricated MEP components.
• Utilize advanced 3D modeling software to design and model intricate building piping systems to a fabrication level of detail.
• Generate detailed shop drawings and comprehensive bills of materials for piping systems.
• Create work instructions and assembly drawings for modular assembly processes.
• Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless integration of piping system components into overall building projects.
• Innovate and improve existing piping solutions using your experience in systems design.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail throughout all project phases from planning to execution.
• Assist in defining product requirements data sheets and specifications.
• Develop test criteria and support Supply Chain in vendor bid sheet development.
• Review shop drawings and submittals from suppliers and fabricators.
• Research innovative materials and processes while staying updated on construction products code changes and industry trends.
• Uphold high standards of productivity quality work and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in plumbing & sprinkler engineering with expertise in modular construction or prefabrication.
• Proficiency in advanced 3D modeling software for piping systems design.
• Strong leadership written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage detailed shop drawings and bills of materials.
• Experience with mid to high rise multifamily projects or largescale facilities.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations ensuring compliance in all designs.
• Ability to creatively solve technical challenges inherent in modular construction.
• Selfmotivated flexible and resourceful approach to work.
