Job Description

Taraki is recruiting for Bricks Tech a nocode software development agency. We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager (at least 12 years of experience) in a remote and parttime capacity (4hrs per day)

We believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth and were currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in the role of Business Development Manager in a remote parttime capacity.

Who Were Looking For

We are in search of hardworking and passionate individuals with 12 years of work experience to join us. Ideal candidates should have a passion for technology sales and customer service and must possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Acquisition (5060%):

  • Identify and pursue relevant job opportunities on Upwork and other digital marketplaces to expand our client base.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients
  • Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities using Google Sheets
  • Take the lead in conducting initial discovery calls with prospective clients demonstrating effective communication skills and empathy

Pipeline Management (1020%)

  • Update the sales pipeline regularly to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Initiate followup communications with promising leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Technical Familiarization (1020%)

  • Dive into understanding the technical intricacies of our inhouse products categorizing them based on type and technical components.
  • Familiarize yourself with API integrations design aspects and functionality of our products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with account executives and product teams to align client goals technical feasibility budget and timeline ensuring a smooth transition from lead to project initiation.

Sales Strategy Research (510%)

  • Stay updated on best sales practices across digital marketplaces and online mediums through video tutorials and studying successful agencies and individuals
  • Research and analyze top accounts to identify opportunities for marketing and improvement in our sales approach.
  • Conduct experiments by posting test jobs to evaluate proposal effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or client management.
  • You love technology and stay up to date with the latest technologies & products
  • You have a passion for sales and have what it takes to build great relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
