Senior Net Developer

The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining complex software applications. The Sr. Developer will have extensive experience/expertise in .NET framework development Agile methodologies strong problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering highquality applications

Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design develop test and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications deployed on cloud platforms such as AWS.
Manage multiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Agile Practices: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives etc.) and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other developers to design and implement application architectures.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support to other team members.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications standards and procedures for the design development installation modification and documentation of
assigned systems.
Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Performs application and
database upgrade and optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to deliver highquality software solutions.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in .NET development
Technical Skills: Proficient in C# ASP.NET MVC .NET Core and Entity Framework.
FrontEnd Skills: Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
Databases: Strong experience with SQL Server and other relational databases.
Security: Understanding Web Security best practices and standards and how to implement
APIs: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps Jenkins Git CI/CD or Docker is preferred.
Testing: Experience with unit testing and testdriven development (TDD).
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
