• Respond to Customer Questions: Provide accurate and timely responses to ensure customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
• Handle Customer Complaints: Listen to complaints empathize with the customers situation and work towards a suitable resolution while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Native in Polish
• B2 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
