Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management accounting or a related field

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the finance department

• Experience in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Job Description:

As a Finance Manager the candidate will handle entire Finance and Accounts related operations for the Philippines business in line with group practices and controls. The candidate should develop an internal control framework with a view to ensure adherence to process their monitoring & periodic review and update.

• Responsible for maintenance of books as per applicable financial reporting standards handle statutory and internal audits on a periodic basis.

• Responsible for ensuring all statutory compliances applicable to the organization

• Coordinate with local tax and legal consultants for accounting taxation and all other legal matters

• Act as a business finance manager manage day to day operations assist the operations team with decisionmaking on purchases sales and handle all queries concerning billing collections vendor payments etc

• Responsible for handling all customer and vendorrelated queries

• Build MIS on a timely and accurate basis for consolidation at the group level on monthly / quarterly / annual basis as per company global MIS standards.

• Responsible for planning budgeting forecasting

• Handle procurements for the organization

• Handle banking operations

• Any other area having financial impact
