Benefits Producer Sales Executive

Our clients company specializes in providing commercial group benefits and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Benefits Producer/Sales Executive to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to work out of either the Portland or Vancouver office and requires a selfmotivated individual who can generate their own prospects establish strong relationships and close deals.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking and establishing credibility in the industry.
• Consult with clients on their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Close deals and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence and target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a successful and respected Commercial or Benefits producer.
• Experience working in an independent broker/agency or direct writer setting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial group benefits and personal lines of insurance.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
