Technician Mechanic

Our client a respected provider of construction equipment including minitrack loaders excavators skid steers track loaders tractors and a variety of used machinery is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician / Mechanic.

In this vital role you will be responsible for troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues across a diverse range of equipment performing necessary repairs and scheduling maintenance work to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction responding to service requests in a timely professional and courteous manner that aligns with the departments objectives and the companys commitment to excellence.

Diesel Mechanic Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment.
• Perform repairs and conduct maintenance work on various types of machinery.
• Schedule and manage maintenance tasks based on customer requirements.
• Ensure all service actions meet or exceed departmental objectives and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service responding promptly and professionally to service requests.
