Job Description
- Responsible in providing functional support and troubleshooting our production systems.
- Monitor production systems and identify potential problems.
- Respond to tickets and requests in a timely manner.
- Preparing reports in all aspects related to Support process and reporting to the management.
- Interacting with Business Analysts to provide necessary analytical data for bugs and enhancement requests from users
- Perform RCA and discuss with technical team about the potential problems.
