• OT after 48
• 2 years experience Med Surg
• BLS required
• NY LICENSE IN HAND REQUIRED
• EMR: Epic Required

• Patient population: diverse

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions including telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.
• Respond to changes in patient status and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
