Job Title: Registered Nurse Rehabilitation (Nursing)

Location: Rochester NY 14617

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Shift: 12hr Nights

Pay Rate: $60/hr

• Will accept MS experience nurses for this position must have recent experience in acute setting and inpatient neuro rehabilitation experience.
• 7p7a
• BLS required
• Must work every other weekend
• Prefer 2 years of recent experience and Epic experience
• Will consider candidates that have 1 year experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide patient education on rehabilitation exercises and selfcare.
• Collaborate with physical therapists occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.
• Support patients emotionally and motivate them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
