Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant with handson experience in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors (CC) Reporting Workday Studio Payroll Interface EIB (PECI) and Workday Extend. As a consultant you will play a critical role in configuring implementing and supporting Workday integrations for our clients. This position requires deep technical expertise problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and deploy Workday integrations using EIB CC and Workday Studio.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet client requirements.
• Configure and maintain Payroll Interface EIB (PECI) integrations.
• Extend Workday functionality using Workday Extend or other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration implementation.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior consultants and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and reports.
• Keep abreast of Workday updates new features and industry best practices.
• Document integration processes configurations and customizations.

Qualifications:

• Handson experience in configuring and implementing complex Workday integrations including payroll inbound integration.
• Proven experience (7 years) as a Workday Integration Consultant with a focus on EIB CC Reporting Studio PECI and Extend.
• Handson experience in configuring and implementing complex Workday integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday data models business processes and security frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Workday certification(s) preferred (e.g. Workday Studio Certified Integration Certified).
• Experience with Workday Extend or other integration platforms is a plus.
