Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with integration experience

Locations: Plano TX (Onsite)

Type of hire: Fulltime

Job Description:

Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7 years of technology implementation

Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident Problem Change Service Catalog Knowledge Reports Security Operations and integrations like LDAP SSO REST API etc.

Experience in developing complex catalog items

Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.

Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements

Experience in the implementation administration maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow

Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks

Experience developing ServiceNow APIs ServiceNow Workflows UI Pages UI Macros Business Scripts Catalog Client Scripts Client Scripts UI Scripts UI Actions UI Policies Script Includes and Security Rules (ACLs).

1. Experience in working with integrations including REST SOAP JSON Scripted REST web service APIs and MID Server Integration.

2. Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
