Designation: Deputy Manager Company Secretary
Exp:
- At least 57 years Company Secretarial work related experience preferably from client service providing background.
- Knowledge of any European Compliances would be an added advantage
- Experience in working in BPO/KPO would be an advantage
Location: Vikhroli
Qualification:
- Company Secretary (CS)
- LLB (with CS related experience)
Job Details
- Handle work allocation assignments tracking SLA adherence and provide timely status report to Manager
- Prepare and maintain all required trackers SOPs KPI reports dashboards etc.
- Drafting and/or reviewing of documents event based compliances
- Having good process understanding and support and guide the team for query resolution
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive quality improvements and efficiency
- Management of errors escalation and provide proper resolution and feedback.
- Team Management Team trainings attendance leaves etc.
