Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of product that includes both IT solution and Medical Devices.
• Proficient in Hospital Information System Hospital Management Information System.
• Attending client calls on Installation breakdown calls and AMC calls across India.
• Managing the Projectwise deployed Field Support Team.
• Telephonic skype and email support for the customers on the Product.
• Supervise/maintain server.
• Product training for Customers and trainee engineers.
• Operation management of Clients TeleMedicine Centre and Hub.
• Coordination with customer/ patient in setting up teleconsultation.
• Training of Customers staff at site and offsite as required.
• Backend coordination with technical team in smooth operation of process flow.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• B Tech/BE in Bio Medical Engineering preferred or Any Science Graduate with a Diploma in Computer/Electronics / Electrical /IIHT/ Jetking CCNA certification.
• Team Management skills would be preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years.
• Should have good communication skills both oral and written and strong customer orientation.
• Preferred Language Good command on English and Hindi.
• Basic experience in installation commissioning and maintenance of electronic products preferred.
