Job Description:

• Overall profile
• The candidates need to be subject matter experts to help build transformation capabilities at PGS
• They should have strategic understanding and operational handon experience of the respective areas of work
• Experience is setting up running transformation capability in a service provider a GCC or in a consulting advisory set up would be critical
• Scope will encompass developing toolkits frameworks methodologies engagement models operating models playbooks etc to be consumed by the wider Enterprise including PGS
• Ability to learn Principals matrix structure quickly will be important The candidate will need to actively engage with relevant stakeholders
• 2 Business Process Management
• Deep handson experience in business process management process documentation reengineering automation etc
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Kaizen DMAIC etc
• Knowledge of process discovery tool task mining process mining task capture
• Knowledge of process automation tools
• Key deliverables Developing BPM service catalogue and associated toolkit engagement model and operating models
