This is a fulltime role as an Operations Manager. The operations manager will oversee daily operations including maintaining quality gross profit margin inventory and project smoothness to ensure a fivestar customer experience. The manager will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of approximately 15 employees plus subcontractors. This role requires a knowledge of the construction trades. This role will be in Fairview Heights IL with time in the field for conflict resolution quality control and training as needed.
