Must to have:

1. Proficiency in ReFramework: Experience in developing solutions using UiPath ReFramework is essential.
2. Strong General UiPath Development Skills: Especially in file handling Web/Desktop automation and error handling with preferred experience in API and SAP automation.
3. Understanding of UiPath Orchestrator: A solid grasp of how to use UiPath Orchestrator effectively.
4. Design Thinking and Troubleshooting Abilities: Good design thinking error handling and troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated Independence and Initiative: Showing independence and initiative in your work.

Good to have:

1. Knowledge of UiPath Coding Standards including handling workflow analyzer issues
2. Familiarity with API execution in UiPath
3. Experience with ERP/SAP Automation
4. Proficiency in VBA Python or any scripting language
5. Exposure to source control systems
6. Experience in automating GSuite products
7. Prior experience migrating legacy automations from Internet Explorer to Edge/Chrome
8. Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
9. Understanding of the differences between onpremises and cloud UiPath platform
10. Experience in documentation
11. Attention to detail and consideration for audit compliance
12. Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow JIRA or similar
13. Knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding
