Your role will involve enhancing the CMDB capabilities using Generative AI to improve data accuracy streamline processes and provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AIdriven enhancements to the ServiceNow CMDB module to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and AIdriven solutions. Design configure and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations. Leverage Generative AI technologies to automate and enhance CMDB processes such as data reconciliation anomaly detection and predictive analytics. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and ServiceNow configurations to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMDB and AI integrations. Provide guidance and best practices for integrating GenAI with ServiceNow modules.
