Job Description

• Experience working for an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier in Airbags product development area

• Possess airbags domain knowledge with competency in SPI DEM DCM CAN LIN UDS

• Experience in proje planning (SW) execution and delivery of Automotive work products

• Experience in defining SW Architecture in AUTOSAR Based projects

• Manage SW project scope requirements and design

• Manage project risks proactively & communicate them with stakeholders

• Proven and effective communication analytical initiative and execution skills.

• Work experiance in product life cycle (including plant activities)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for prioritizing and communicating the customer reqrequirements differentams & stakeholders

• Tracking the progress of activities with all the team members & consolidating the status

• Participate in the architecture and design discussions of OEM

• Present the architecture and design solutions to OEMs

• Lead the technical design discussions with OEMs choose/guide them with the right solution

• Coordinate all stages of project development from initial concept to final product (SOP)

• Conduct team meetings with all the teams and set them to achieve the common project objectives

• Manage changes in project scope identify potential crises/risks plan contingency.

• Participate in customer and organization specific audits with required artifacts
