Contract Specialist

Job Summary: Contract Specialist Performs routine legal work. Addresses legal questions and
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal
Performs legal work independently
Drafting vetting and reviewing NDAs including various other global commercial contracts
e.g. MSA IT agreement sale and purchase agreement commercial agreements customer
contracts etc.
Contract summarization and interpretation of clauses.
Addresses legal questions and queries of business.
Assists Senior attorneys for a portion of their work in more complex legal questions and
projects.
learn the practical aspects of applied laws as well as the functions of the business
2. Administrative:
Preparing trackers and reports as required for projects.
Assisting in functional excellence projects.
3. Skills & Competence:
Good drafting presentation interpretation and negotiation skills.
Proactive and solution provider approach.
Working knowledge of commercial contracts IP Confidential Agreements Data Privacy
Business Code of Conducts and implications thereto under Contracts
Business acumen and commercial understanding
Ability to handle tasks independently.
Good team player.
4. Industry: Any but candidate with experience in IT industry will be preferred.
5. Required Experience: 56 years preferably minimum 3 years in contracts
