Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnering:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide HR solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HRrelated matters.
  • Talent Management:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies including workforce planning succession planning and talent development.
    • Support performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations issues ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the interview and selection process.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all HR policies procedures and regulations.
    • Keep uptodate with changes in labor laws and regulations and provide guidance to management and employees.
  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Support leadership development initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR best practices and programs.
