Your Role:

Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist is responsible for designing developing and maintaining BI solutions that help drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs developing insightful reports and dashboards and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing deploying and maintaining BI solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Designing and building dashboards and reports.
• Performing data analysis and providing insights to support decisionmaking.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science Business or a related field.
• Masters Degree (preferred) in a relevant discipline.
• 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience with BI tools such as Incorta Power BI QlikView or similar.
• Proven experience in SQL and database management.
• Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
• Handson experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Incorta Power BI).
• Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica Talend).
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop Spark (optional but beneficial).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Experience in statistical analysis and data mining.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
