Are you a student in Business Informatics Industrial Engineering Data Science Computer Science or Business Administration looking for a side job that can boost your career while you study Join our team at Matchspace Music the premier destination for music teachers and learners and assist our Chief Product Officer (CPO) in various data analytics and product management projects

Tasks

• Your main project will be to implement a strategic and operative KPI framework for the startup. This involves:

1. Conceptualizing a weekly monthly and quarterly KPI dashboard based on the defined KPIs and metrics
2. Setting up the necessary (automated) connectors from different data sources in order to collect the necessary data
3. Transforming calculating and preparing the data as necessary
4. Visualizing and analying weekly monthly and quarterly business reports to help guide our business decisions

• In addition you will support our CPO in various product management and digital marketing topics:

1. Analyzing website statistics and user feedback to inform product decisionmaking.
2. Drafting processes in the customer journey and designing UI mockups on wireframing and whiteboarding tools
3. Defining product requirements and writing detailed user stories.
4. QA Testing developed features and guiding web developers in the implementation of product features.
5. Analyzing SEO and other performance marketing metrics to optimize our reach and impact.
6. Supporting in diverse project management activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Informatics Data Science Computer Science Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or looking for a job on the side (1020%)
• Reliable resultsoriented personality
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of product management web development and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with SEO and performance marketing is a plus.
• Fluent communication skills in English. German is a plus
