Job Title: IT Software Indirect Procurement

Location: Plano TX(Hybrid)

Duration: / Term: 6 months Contract

Job Description:

• Client is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Senior Procurement Analyst for the Information Technology category.
• The individual should have experience negotiating deals with suppliers for software hardware and IT professional services as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects as well (Project Management capabilities).
• Reporting to the IT Software Indirect Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Manager the person in this role will support the departments objective to implement software sourcing/procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business while processing business requests to issue supplier POs.
• Other categories such as IT Professional Services and Hardware may be supported as needed in support of various enterprise projects.

Requirements:

• Contract drafting and negotiation experience with suppliers.
• Experience with Ariba P2P system (Nice to have)
• Experience with indirect procurement / sourcing.
• Experience with Software Hardware and IT Professional services related sourcing and negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting timebound deliverables.
• Strong analytic organization presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgment and strategic thinking.
• Project Management
• 35 years of experience.
