Job summary

The IAM Program Manager facilitates workforce identity management privilege access management and secrets management initiatives. The candidate shall lead in the build out and upkeep of BeyondTrust Password Safe.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the inital build out of BeyondTrust Password Safe (PAM)
• Help in the development of PAM best practices
• Develop connectors from PAM to custom internal systems
• Impliment Zero Trust across the wider using PAM

Minimum Degree Required

Bachelors degree with Preferred Fields of Study engineering information technology cyber security computer science or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. Beyond Trust Password Safe BCIE preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years working in a structured IT environment while following and refining written process with a preferred 2 years as a business analysis using Agile methods.

Required Skills

• Experience with PAM Solutions BeyondTrust preferred.
• Experience using Agile development methodology.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Quality focused mindset with analytical skills to find creative solutions to business needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge and/or a proven record of success in areas related to access management and account administration.
• Ability to leverage creative thinking problemsolving skills and individual initiative while seeking guidance clarification and feedback.
• Advanced data mining and manipulation skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets in to meaningful actionable goals.
• Shows an understanding of personal and team roles while contributing to a positive working environment.
• Experience in managing IAM initiatives across companies.
