Job Description

Summary: Join the Tennessee Corrections Institutes Training Division as a Compliance Coordinator. In this crucial role you will ensure correctional officers across Tennessee meet staterequired training standards. This position involves meticulous data management auditing training records and providing executive support to uphold high standards of training compliance.

Position Info:

  • Title: Administrative Services Assistant
  • Client: TN CI
  • Duration: 10 Months
  • Location: 279D Stewarts Ferry Pike Nashville Tennessee 37214

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the TCI Learning Management System (LMS) to analyze data and ensure officers meet staterequired training standards.
  • Conduct audits of customersubmitted information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in managing projects related to staff training and development.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high standards in training delivery and documentation.
  • Act as an executive assistant to the Director of Training and Executive Director managing schedules and communications.
  • Monitor and report on staff development tracking hours of selfdevelopment activities.
  • Produce detailed reports and analyses related to training compliance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor report on and track trends in quality assurance measures within the LMS.
  • Create and implement new quality assurance measures for assessing and reporting on specialized and major training events.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Data Analysis Criminal Justice or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in data analysis project management and administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a compliance role within a regulatory or training environment (highly advantageous).
