      Responsibilities

      • Project progress management quality management personnel management and budget management.

      Support

      • Even if you dont have experience in related services/products like payments catching up is possible.
      • PM tasks will be supported by the crosscompany PMO team.
      • Depending on your experience and motivation stakeholder management such as requirement definition and external negotiations in service development can also be entrusted to you.

      Projects to be handled

      • Inhouse development of a payment service development project.
      • Depending on your experience you will be assigned to a specific area (frontend or backend).
      • A solution project that can respond to various payment methods through the evolution of the inhouse payment center and the softwareization of terminals.
      • Examples of ongoing projects: Planning and development of Anywhere for new and existing customers adding new functions introducing customization and optimizing Overall planning for new products (from the initial planning to development and introduction) Adding functions to various store versions of payment applications for smart devices Adding API functions to the payment center and more.

    Minimum Requirements

    • PM

      • Experience as a project leader or project manager in system development or application development.

    Preferred Requirements

    • PMP(IPA)

      • Experience in the development and operation of financial systems and enterpriselevel systems.
      • Holder of project management qualifications such as PMP or Project Manager Examination (IPA).
      • Experience in system development for payment systems web applications and missioncritical systems.
      • Involvement in business processes from proposal to contract signing and acceptance.

    Annual Salary:JPY *based on experience ability and previous work experience

    • Wage Structure: Monthly salary
    • Salary Revisions: Twice a year
    • Overtime allowance for hours worked beyond the regular schedule will be provided (depending on the job position and grade)

    Hours: 9:30 18:30 (with a 60minute break)

    • Flextime specialized jobtype discretionary labor system or supervisor discretion may apply based on job position and grade
      • Flextime has no core hours
    • Overtime may be required beyond the regular schedule
    • Saturdays Sundays and public holidays
    • Annual paid leave (granted as per company regulations from the first day of employment)
