Technical Consultants

As a Technical Consultant it will be your duty to offer our clients technical knowhow and direction so they may troubleshoot and fix any problems they could run into. In addition you will be in charge of putting our software solutions into practice and setting them for our clients making sure they are correctly configured and linked with their current systems. Additionally you will be in charge of assisting and teaching our clients to make sure they can utilize our goods to the best of their abilities.

Principal Duties:

1. Offer technical advice to customers on a range of goods services and solutions

2. Evaluate the needs of the client and suggest suitable technical solutions to satisfy their needs

3. Put technological solutions into practice and configure them in accordance with client requirements.

4. Work together with internal teams to guarantee the smooth provision of services and solutions.

5. Diagnose technological problems and give clients prompt solutions.

6. Provide clients with instruction on new technology and solutions.

7. Keep up with developments and trends in the sector to give clients advice that is stateoftheart.

Certifications in pertinent technologies or platforms are a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field;

Proven experience in technical consulting or a related field;

Strong problemsolving and attention to detail;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
